BJP continues its reign in Dakshina Kannada LS constituency with Capt. Brijesh Chowta winning by 1,49,208 votes. Chowta secured 4,002 postal votes. In Udupi-Chikmagluru, Kota Shrinivas Poojary wins with a margin of 2,59,175 votes.
